OutofFocus.TV is independent television from Oakland, CA. OOFTV brings music, comedy, and entertaining programming to your living room for underground artists, performers, creators, storytellers, and those who seek inspired entertainment.

Founded in 2011, OutofFocus.TV was created by Loren Risker and Tina Liao to provide a platform for their original series such as the docu-series "American Music" and a fantasy talk show called The Fan Club.

Since then they have accumulated hundreds of live music videos from the underground, original music videos, and interviews with up and coming artists and entertainers. Stay tuned for more original shows and animated series.
